A motivated and efficient new recruit mechanically opens an e-mail, thinking it's from the finance department. A few seconds later, unknowingly, she clicks on an infected attachment. Nothing seems to happen. But in the background, ransomware is activated. Within minutes, your company's critical data is locked down, your operations are paralyzed and your IT team is in emergency mode.<\/span><\/p>

This scenario is not uncommon, and is becoming increasingly common. In the vast majority of cases, the flaw is not technical, but human in nature. Because today's cyberthreats don't just attack systems: they target people.<\/span><\/p>

This is where cybersecurity training comes into its own. And no, it's not about turning every employee into an expert, but rather about developing simple, clear reflexes that are adapted to each individual's reality!<\/span><\/p>

Cybersecurity isn't just an IT issue<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Too often, cybersecurity is seen as the exclusive responsibility of the IT department. But in a connected working environment, every person, every workstation, every click counts. A company can have the best tools, the best protection, the most advanced firewalls, but if users are not made aware of the situation, the risk remains very real.<\/span><\/p>
